Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions," by adding a new subsection permitting City employees who are bargaining unit members of Fraternal Order of Police, Philadelphia Lodge 5, to authorize payroll deductions for contributions to COPPAC, all under certain terms and conditions.
