Amending Chapter 20-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Standards of Conduct and Ethics," by making such Chapter applicable to the members and staff of the Philadelphia Gaming Advisory Task Force, and by adding provisions regulating the conduct of such members and staff during and after their service on such Task Force; all under certain terms and conditions.
