Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 090672, entitled "Amending Chapter 17-1600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Economic Opportunity Plans," by providing that Economic Opportunity Plans be included on all development projects or contracts bid pursuant to federal stimulus funds allocated to the City of Philadelphia pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
