Authorizing the Water Commissioner, on behalf of the City, to enter into an agreement with the owners of 6601, 6609 and 6701 Springbank Street and 6609Rear Springbank Street (part of 1021 West Hortter Street) for the grant of a right-of-way to the City for drainage and sewer purposes through the properties from Springbank Street to an existing drainage right-of-way (former Park Line Drive), under certain terms and conditions.
