Amending Section 9-206 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Neighborhood Business Districts," by creating a special sidewalk vending district on North Twentieth street between West Clarkson avenue and Belfield avenue, and amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," to prohibit sidewalk vending on certain portions of Olney avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
