The Council of the City of Philadelphia:
I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted November 15, 2001, Bill No. 010368, entitled "An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Zoning and Planning,' by amending Section 14-306.2, entitled 'C-7' Commercial District, by deleting certain uses from the list of uses that are permitted in the 'C-7' Commercial District, all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
