Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the West Oak Lane Redevelopment Area, identified by house number and street address as 1802 Seventy-third avenue and 7271 Pittville avenue; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Shamrock Developers, Inc. and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
