Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by placing on the City Plan an irregularly-shaped area extending along the northerly side of John F. Kennedy Boulevard, from Twenty-Second Street to Twenty-Third Street, in order to conform with the lines established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
