Transmitting a bill amending Title 4 of the Philadelphia Code ("the Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code"), Subcode "A" Administrative Code, by revising various fees related to permits and miscellaneous administrative functions performed by the Department of Licenses and Inspections; and further amending Title 11 "Streets" of the philadelphia Code, by revising certain sections related to fees for permits issued by the Department of Licenses and Inspections, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Commissioner of the Department of Licenses and Inspections.
