Authorizing the Commissioner of the Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire from the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation fee simple title and all other real property interests to a certain parcel of real estate with the improvements situated thereon, if any, located at 1208 Kater street, also known as the rear of 614 South Twelfth street, under certain terms and conditions.
