To the President and the Member of
the Council of the City of Philadelphia:
I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted September 20, 2007, Bill No. 070189, entitled "An Ordinance amending Title 6 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Health Code,' by providing that all persons engaged in the preparation of food and especially those in the fast food establishments shall wear protective gloves and wear a suitable head covering or hair restraint to protect the food from contamination," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
