Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on portions of City Plan No. 27-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Dilworth Street from Wolf Street to Ritner Street; by striking from the City Plan Ritner Street from Dilworth Street to Weccacoe Avenue; by vacating Martin Street from Weccacoe Avenue to a point approximately two hundred eighty-one (281) feet southwestwardly therefrom, and by vacating Greenville Street from Weccacoe Avenue to Dilworth Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
