Authorizing the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City, to enter into a multi-year contract with a provider of codification, editing, and marketing services to produce printed and electronic versions of the 11th edition of The Philadelphia Code, a Zoning and Planning Supplement and the 2015 Reprint of The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter, with periodic supplements to each, all under certain terms and conditions.
