Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of The City of Philadelphia, to terminate and extinguish an easement to a three foot wide alleyway, abutting the rear of several City owned properties located at 2633-2655 West Sedgley Avenue on the northwest side of West Sedgley Avenue and 2113-2121 North 27th Street on east side of North 27th Street.
