Transmitting a bill amending Chapter 19-3200, entitled "Keystone Opportunity Zone and Economic Development District," by renaming said Chapter "Keystone Opportunity Zone, Economic Development District and Strategic Development Area," to provide for the contingent exemption, abatement or credit of certain taxes within a specified geographic area, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Director of Commerce.
