Amending Chapter 9-700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Amusement Businesses," by adding a new section implementing provisions of the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act under which licenses may be issued to eligible organizations to conduct or operate small games of chance in the City, under certain terms and conditions.
