Amending Chapter 7-100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Inclusionary Affordable Housing;" Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," by amending Subcode A, entitled "The Philadelphia Administrative Code;" further amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning;" and making conforming amendments to other sections of The Philadelphia Code; by revising requirements, providing incentives for the voluntary development of projects that include affordable housing and making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
