Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development all or part of a certain irregularly shaped parcel of land and any improvements thereon situate in an area generally located south of Pattison Avenue and east of I-95, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
