I am reutrning herewith, as requested by your Resolution adopted today, Bill No. 160687-A, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Title 6 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Health,' to require disclosure of lead Hazards, including lead service lines, and making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
