To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Adams Avenue, Castor Avenue, Roosevelt Boulevard, Cheltenham Avenue, Harbison Avenue, Aramingo Avenue, the Northeast Corridor Railroad Right-of-Way, Orthodox Street, Torresdale Avenue, and Ruan Street.
