April 28, 2026TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA:I am submitting herewith for the consideration of your Honorable Body the following proposed Ordinance:AN ORDINANCEAuthorizing the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a multi-year lease agreement with the Fairmount Park Conservancy, under which the City would lease to the Conservancy portions of the City-owned premises known as Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park for the Conservancy’s use, operation, management, maintenance, and repair, all under certain terms and conditions.I hereby recommend your favorable consideration of this proposed Ordinance.Respectfully,Cherelle L.
