Amending Section 11-506 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Alleys, Driveways, and Retaining Walls," by requiring that the buyer, prior to the sale of real estate, be notified of the existence of any retaining wall within the boundaries of the real estate being conveyed; all under certain terms and conditions.
