Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development a deed conveying, for nominal consideration, fee simple title to the parcel measuring approximately 58,402 square feet which is located at 5326 Pulaski Avenue at the southwesterly side of Penn Street and Pulaski Avenue, with the buildings and improvements thereon, for further conveyance at nominal consideration.
