Transmitting a bill amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," to remove the requirement that operators of farmers' markets obtain a license from the Department of Licenses and Inspections, to provide for registration by market operators with the Department of Public Health, and to adjust various requirements for the operation of farmers' markets, all under certain terms and conditions.
