Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Bonsall street from Race street northwardly to the Vine Street Extension (I-676) more or less, by striking from the City Plan and vacating the westernmost ten (10) foot wide portion of Twenty-third street from Race street to the Vine Street Extension (I-676) more or less and by striking from the City Plan Summer street from Bonsall street northwestwardly to the Vine Street Extension (I-676) more or less, all under certain terms and conditions.
