Amending Section 15-201 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to areas under the care and jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission, by adding the parcel of land generally bounded by Twenty-first Street, Porter Street, Twenty-second Street and Shunk Street, to those lands under the care and jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission.
