Amending Chapter 12-900 of the Philadelphia Code entitled "Parking Regulations and Penalties" specifically Section 12-917 entitled "Valet Parking Zones" by amending subsection "(6)" relating to off-street parking of vehicles and also amending Section 12-2809 entitled "Civil Penalties and Costs" by increasing the fine for violation of section 12-917(6) and amending the title of the same.
