CITY COUNCIL FO THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA:
I am herewith returning to you as disapproved Bill No. 030486 at the request of the sponsor. This bill, which was passed by City Council on October 9, 2003, would have re-named the park currently designated as 'Northwood Park,' located at 999 Arrott street, and bounded by 4700 Castor avenue, 1000 Foulkrod street, 1000 Arrott street and 4700 Northwood street as the 'Joseph Colligan Park'.
