Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for nominal consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to an approximately 115,000 square foot parcel of City-owned land with buildings and improvements thereon, bounded by C Street, E. Westmoreland Street, Rosehill Street and E. Ontario Street and commonly known as 3300 C Street in the City of Philadelphia, for further conveyance.
