Amending an Ordinance (Bill No. 060935) approved February 22, 2007, entitled "Granting permission to Aruna Patel, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the northeast corner of Ninth and Chestnut Streets, to construct, use and maintain conduits for fiber optic facilities in, under and across the northeast corner of Ninth and Chestnut Streets, for the purpose of supplying telephone service to said newsstand," by deleting Section 5 it in its entirety.
