I am returning herewith, as requested by your Resolution adopted today, Bill No. 250771, entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing 3419 KENSINGTON PARTNERS or a subsequent owner to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 3423 Kensington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions,” for the purpose of reconsideration by Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
