Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property and the Commissioner of Parks & Recreation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire from the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title or a lesser interest in real estate to all or a portion of a parcel of land located in and about the area bounded by Montrose Street, Carpenter Street, South 17th Street and South 18th Street, with any improvements thereon, under certain terms and conditions.
