Amending Section 12-1117 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Physically Handicapped and Disabled or Severely Disabled Veteran Parking," by amending the provision relating to metered parking for physically handicapped persons and severely-disabled veterans, and making such amendment contingent on the enactment of an ordinance relating to the establishment of parking for motor-driven cycles and similar motor vehicles, all under certain terms and conditions.
