Authorizing the Streets Commissioner, on behalf of the City, to enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the grant to the City of a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes extending through a portion of property located at the northwest corner of Thirteenth Street and Arch Street and authorizing the plotting upon City Plan No. 307 of the said right-of-way.
