Requesting that the Pennsylvania State Legislature require the flag of the United States of America and the flag of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania be flown at half-mast from all state buildings, including the State Capitol, when any law enforcement officer, firefighter, paramedic, or EMT in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania dies in the line of duty.
