Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 308 by relocating the northerly curb line of St. James street approximately three feet (3') northwardly, from West Washington Square to a point approximately one hundred sixteen feet (116') westwardly therefrom; by relocating the northerly curb line of St. James street approximately eleven feet six inches (11'6") northwardly from Eighth street to a point approximately one hundred thirty-six feet (136') eastwardly therefrom; and by relocating the northerly house line of St. James street approximately six feet (6') northwardly from Eighth street to a point approximately one hundred thirty-six feet (136') eastwardly therefrom, all under certain terms and conditions including the dedication of the widened portion of St. James street.
