Approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Independence Mall Urban Renewal Area, Unit No. 4 designated as Parcel Nos. 13A & 13B and being the area generally bounded by northeast corner of Ninth street and Arch street); authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with 9th Street Associates, L.P. and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.
