Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 170265, entitled "An Ordinance To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Devereaux Avenue (extended), Keystone Street, Princeton Avenue, Keystone Street, Cottman Avenue (extended), Milnor Street, Bleigh Avenue (extended), and the Delaware River," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
