Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 by placing on the City Plan Marvine street from Brown street to Parrish street, Ogden street from Tenth street to Eleventh street and Ogden place from Tenth street eastwardly to a dead end turnaround, under certain terms and conditions including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of Marvine street, Ogden street and Ogden place.
