Transmitting a bill amending Chapter 10-800 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Safety," by adding a new section entitled "Reporting Requirements Upon the Application for or Renewal of a License to Carry a Firearm" to provide for certain reporting requirements for the issuance or renewal of licenses to carry firearms within the City of Philadelphia; all under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Commissioner of Public Property.
