Amending Chapter 16-300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Maintenance and Supervision," by adding a new section requiring that all City buildings and facilities with bathrooms open to the public have baby diaper changing stations; and requiring the installation of diaper changing stations in connection with capital projects; all under certain terms and conditions.

A motion was made by Councilmember Bass that this matter be Introduced and Referred to the Committee on Public Health and Human Services. The motion carried unanimously.
