Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 284, by relocating a portion of the northerly curb line and house line of Germantown Avenue a variable distance northwardly from a point approximately four hundred (400) feet southeastwardly therefrom and by placing on the City Plan a certain twenty-five (25) feet wide right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and gas main purposes, under certain terms and conditions.
