The Council of the City of Philadelphia:
I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted September 16, 2010, Bill No. 100267-A, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section 9-703 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Special Assembly Occupancies,' by imposing various requirements on promoters of events at special assembly occupancies; all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
