Amending Chapter 22-800, entitled “Purchase of Credited Service,” of Title 22 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Public Employees Retirement Code,” to allow certain employees to purchase credited service for prior military service without the payment of certain interest for a certain time period, and to make technical amendments; all under certain terms and conditions.
