Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 187 by striking from the City Plan Edgemont Street from Wheatsheaf Lane to a point approximately two-hundred sixty-eight feet southwestwardly therefrom and relocating portions of the right of way lines of The Delaware Expressway, between Wheatsheaf Lane and Butler Street, to conform with the lines established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.
