Transmitting a bill amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," by adding a new Section establishing a fee schedule for reinspections conducted by the Department of Licenses and Inspections for failure to comply with the provisions of Title 9; and amending Title 4, Subcode "A," Section A-901.10, entitled "Reinspection Fees," to amend the fee schedule for reinspections conducted by the Department of Licenses and Inspections for failure to comply with the provisions of certain technical codes; all under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Commissioner of the Department of Licenses and Inspections.
