To the President and the Members of
the Council of the City of Philadelphia:
I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted June 9, 2005, Bill No. 040851, entitled " An Ordinance permitting three traffic lanes on Walnut Street, between 40th Street and Cobbs Creek Parkway, and requiring that the lane markers on Walnut Street be changed to reflect this change," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
