Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 204 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Slocum Street from a point approximately one-hundred forty feet northeast of Chew Avenue to its terminus northeastwardly therefrom and by relocating a portion of the northwesterly curbline of Slocum Street, from Chew Avenue to a point approximately seventy-seven feet northeastwardly therefrom, eight feet southeastwardly and incorporating the vacated area of said Slocum Street under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Street Commissioner.
