Transmitting a bill amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," by amending Sections A-503 (entitled "Prosecution") and A-601 (entitled "Fines") of The Philadelphia Administrative Code, to provide for assessment of an additional penalty in connection with repeated abatements of unlawful conditions on vacant and exterior properties; under certain terms and conditions.
