Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 282 and 291 by relocating the southwesterly houseline of Cottman Avenue, from State Road to a point northwestwardly therefrom, a variable distance southwestwardly and relocating the northwesterly houseline of State Road, from Cottman Avenue to a point southwestwardly therefrom, a variable distance northwestwardly, thereby widening said Cottman Avenue and said State Road, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
